Our flagship service include:

"Live-Ïn" staging - for Home Sellers that will continue to live in the home while it is on the market. 

We use your furniture to decorate the house and reveal its potential to prospective buyers.

Prelisting Assessment - to identify the tasks  describing to organize and identify  declutter, depersonalization, prepacking, and minor repairs.

-Performing any prelisting assessment task that the owner prefers us to perform.

-Follow up visit following the completion of the project list (if performed by the seller) to address any additional issues.

-Management of storage of prepack items as U-Haul, Pods, etc.

-Move management, if the client wants us to take care of the management of the moving company.

-Organization and arrangement of the new home, this includes unpacking, organizing or decorating the new home.
